Modern Victorian home with spacious garden

Our Victorian townhouse has a modern kitchen extension to the rear with double doors out to the patio & garden. The space Spacious open plan living area, dining, living & kitchen open out to the patio & garden. Modern / new appliances in the kitchen. New bathroom with bath & shower. Queen bed in the bedroom on the middle floor & a double bed in the loft bedroom Guest access Our belongings will be in the house but there is access to all rooms whilst you stay with us with the exception of a study which is currently used for storage Other things to note The fence to the right in the garden has a few holes in so the jack russell might pop his head in to say hello :)
