The space This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests. The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, a private full bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a smart TV for your entertainment. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed and its own smart TV, while the third bedroom is equipped with a full-sized bed and a smart TV as well. The second bathroom is a full-sized bath with a shower and a classic bathtub. In the living room, you’ll find plenty of comfortable seating, a selection of board games, and a large 60-inch flat-screen smart TV for relaxation and fun. Our home is ideally located near a variety of activities for all interests, from scenic hiking trails to top-notch restaurants and vibrant nightlife. You’re just a short distance from iconic desert attractions like the Acrisure Arena, the Palm Springs Tramway, the El Paseo Shopping District, and the beautiful Sunnylands Center and Gardens. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire property and all of its amenities, including the backyard, bedrooms, and kitchen. The garage will be closed off for storage and cleaning supplies. There is free parking on the driveway for two cars. Guests may also park on street. Other things to note -The property should not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. An extra $50 per person per night will be charged if this is violated and you will be subject to immediate removal of the property. -Ring Camera located at the front entrance and backyard. -Sounds monitor also on property. -Washer and Dryer are located outdoors.
