Guest access Guests have full access to the house, garden & storage garage Other things to note **Short Stay Tax/ Levy imposed by the Victorian Labor Government on the 1st January 2025. Guests are now slugged an additional 7.5% tax on the TOTAL booking cost, including the cleaning fee, linen fee, pet fee, guest service charge & GST - it is flawed tax on tax. Please keep this in mind when comparing properties as we do go above & beyond for our guests!! LOCATION Yes we are opposite the Hotel on Bridge Road. Whilst this isn't a problem for 99% of our guests (see reviews) we do ask you keep this in mind when booking. Many guests book this house because of this location, but we want you to be fully aware before you book. LITTLE ONES Toddlers & babies are always welcome but we don’t provide a cot, high chair or any other amenities specifically for little ones. The house is not entirely baby/toddler proof with it's timber staircase & 2nd storey deck but we trust parents judgement on this one - you know best for your little people. DOG STAYS We love that we can offer you a pet friendly stay with a safe yard & great location to the beach & walking tracks. Please consider carefully the suitability & needs of your pet before booking with us. We do not allow pets on the furniture, beds or left unsupervised in the house. Barking dogs, not only upset the neighbours, but you may be asked to make alternative arrangements for your pet if this became a problem, so please be mindful of this when considering your pets suitability.
