Be our guest to this cozy, very pretty efficiency/studio apartment The efficiency is totally private, it has it’s own entrance, it’s own gate, totally fenced in backyard and 1 parking spot. This apartment is located in the back of the main house and another little apartment next to it, however they are not connected in anyway, you will be renting a totally private studio apartment not shared at all. The space The studio is well located, 2 minutes away from expressways, a lot of stores, restaurants, grocery stores and pretty close to riverside and downtown. There are malls, hospitals and golf clubs close by. 2 minutes from NAS. Guest access You Will have access to the whole efficiency Estudio, Other things to note We don’t allow big trucks, trailers or RV’s. We don’t allow charging electric vehicles in the property. We only allow 1 regular size vehicle. You will have your own parking spot in a shared driveway, the driveway is wide enough for 2 vehicles, so you can park your vehicle and another person will park another vehicle in the same driveway. We require to sign a contract agreement on reservations over 30 days. We also require to do an inspection in the property every other month on reservations over 3 months.
