The space Entering the home you will find a joyful living room and dining room. From there, you want into the large eat in kitchen. To the right of the LR is the first bedroom with a queen sized bed. Up the hall is the first bathroom with Tub/Shower, and then an independent BR with Twin-sides Pottery Barn Bed and an office desk and chair. To access the second bedroom, you can pass through the middle bedroom, or go through the kitchen. Second BR has its own small bathroom with shower. Washer and dryer are not available at this time. Guest access Guests can access the front and back of home. Driveway is shared with tenants in back to park there you must tuck in next to garage to leave room for tenants to come and go. Other things to note Home is located in the Fresno High area, a block from the city's best ice cream shop, Ampersands, and Moto for sandwiches, and deli food, as well as Kuppa Joy, and Mexican food at Gorilla Quesadilla, and some vintage shops to check out.
