Located on quiet neighborhood street with easy walk to the beach. Bring your water toys for this is a waterfront home with private boat ramp and pool. Sunday check-in. The space Check-in is available on Sunday's with a minimum 6 night rental. We are providing long distance travelers the option of checking out on Saturday for long distance travel needs. Check calendar dates for rates. NO PETS. NO EXCEPTIONS. There’s a little something new waiting at Great Escape Lagoon in 2026 - a nook where the island breeze feels just right and the days somehow get even more relaxing to linger, laugh, and let the day drift by. Think ocean breeze, palm shade, and the sound of ice clinking in the distance. We won’t spoil the surprise, but let’s just say the vibe got a little cooler. Our home is perfect for 2 families with small children or 6 adults due to the bed configuration. DO NOT have more guests than you disclose in the booking. Occupancy rules are applied by the city of Va Beach. 1st floor Queen bedroom, TV living room with sofa pull out full bed, full bathroom, washer/dryer and walk out to patio, boat ramp, outdoor shower and pool area. 2nd floor Queen bedroom with large closet & dresser, full bathroom, TV living room, loaded kitchen with kitchen table for 8, and another bedroom for the kids with full bed and single bunk bed. Walk out to screen porch deck and stairs down to patio, boat ramp and pool. There is a crows nest on the top floor of the home but there is no A/C so its not a comfortable living space or sleeping space for guests during June, July & August. Guest access There is a keypad on the screened porch door for entry to home. So we can keep your beach beverages nice and cold we will provide access to garage with extra fridge w/ freezer, along with storage for beach gear, a few pool floats, corn hole game boards, Vector beach wagon & extra propane for Weber grill. 2 driveways can easily fit 4 cars and enjoy an easy walk to the beach. Beach access is on Whiting Lane or Pike Circle. Other things to note We will be providing linens for Summer of 2026! Since we want to make your arrival as easy as possible we will provide dish soap, dishwasher tabs, 1 toilet paper roll for each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, tissue boxes, hand soap, laundry detergent, and ample spices. There is a Keurig coffee maker and Nepresso Virtuoso machine available. There may be some k-cups and Nepresso pods left by previous occupants, but please bring your own if you wish to have plenty of k-cups and Nepresso pods available. Money's Worth Beach Equipment and Linen conveniently rents beach equipment and water toys! Prices are very reasonable and they drop off and pick up per your instructions! :)
