This airbnb is perfect for: -Nature lovers seeking a small-town escape. -Business trips -Family visits Located within a 10-minute trip to the beach, walking distance of local hot spots, under an hour trip to the vibrant city of Chicago, Illinois, and less than 30 minutes from charming New Buffalo, Michigan. The space Our loft comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with 3 beds total—2 Full and 1 Queen. You'll have a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a private bedroom to relax in. This is our private pool that we're happy to share with our guests! There may be days when we also enjoy a swim, as it's one of our favorite features of the house — but we always strive to be respectful of your space and experience. Whether you’re chasing the sun or winding down after a dune-filled day, our private pool is the perfect escape. Bask in the rays with a drink in hand or slip into the water for a peaceful evening dip. It’s your own personal oasis—no crowds, no noise, just pure relaxation. Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a dedicated workspace area for any remote needs. The loft also includes private entry and a driveway just for you. To keep things comfortable year-round, we have two A/C units (one in the front and one in the back) for continuous airflow, along with multiple fans. During the colder months, we provide several heaters to keep you warm and cozy. Nice and toasty! Our loft is located in a quiet town with lots of hidden gems! Wineries, Saturday morning European Markets (seasonal), Ice cream Parlors, Drive in Diners, Movies in the park, Specialty shopping, Drive-in movies, Outlet malls, Diners and more! Wanna go to the famous Windy City of CHICAGO!? Hop on the train til the end of line to go visit all the beauties of the city! The city is full of fun things for families, couples or singles! Visit NorthWest Indiana’s beautiful and most famous attraction! THE INDIANA DUNES NATIONAL PARK! We have a beautifully clean beach with an amazing view of the Chicago skyline in the distance. Visit the learning center to learn the history, mysteries and animals in the area! Want a good exercise while on vacation? The dunes have over 4 hours of hiking trails! A quick note about the pool: Our pool is not heated and is not open year-round—we have a pool season that’s entirely dependent on our local weather. We’ll always let you know if the pool is open during your stay. We happily provide pool and beach towels, and while pool toys may be available, their condition and availability can vary— they’re not guaranteed, but we’ll always do our best to have something on hand for a bit of fun. This is our private backyard, so while you’ll have lots of space to relax, please note this is the only area that might be shared with us. You may see us occasionally, but your comfort and privacy are always a priority. The pool is open from 10 AM to 8:30 PM—ideal for daytime relaxation and sunset views. Please let us know in advance if you plan to use the pool, so we can ensure everything is set up for your comfort.
