'The Cottage ' is an elevated home with a northern aspect ensuring sensational uninterrupted views of Narrawallee beach and the coastline beyond. Enter via the front stairs to a large foyer with three adjoining bedrooms all with outstanding views. The master has a queen size bed, built in and en suite. Bedroom 2 has two singles, built in and a seperate bathroom directly opposite. The is a 2nd living space downstairs with games, daybed, TV and 3 seater / sofa bed . Walk upstairs and you will be overcome immediately by the view. Completely openplan, the kitchen adjoins the lounge / dining room and is decorated in relaxed coastal style. Entertaining is easy in this space which includes a log fire, comfy rattan sofas, wifi, TV , Bluetooth speakers to play your music. This space opens to the north facing balcony, 10 seater dining setting and laid back adirondack chairs and comfy outdoow couch. Bedroom 3 offers a queen size bed, built in wardrobe and massive window with views out to the beach and ocean. Bedroom 4 offers 2 single beds (one is a king single) Has lush garden view and built in wardrobe. A bathroom with bath/shower and seperate toilet is adjacent to these two bedrooms. Linen is provided. . Please note beds are not to be slept in without linen and the sofas are not to be used for additional guests. Just remember your beach towels ! The patrolled end of Narrawallee beach is literally on your doorstep making this the ideal beach location for families with kids. The property is a short walk to Bannisters/Rick Steins and the Bannisters Pool Bar/Day Spa Gwylo restaurant and Mollymook shops (IGA, Butcher, Chemist, Newsagent) . A 2 minute drive to Mollymook Beach or 10 minute walk. 5 mins to cute Milton cafe's and 7 minutes to Ulladulla for big shops like Woollies,Aldi,Target etc Other things to note BOOKING Minimum two night stay-offer excludes NSW school holidays and public holiday periods. CLEANING FEE of $450 applies to each stay, and is automatically calculated when you make your booking. Extra cleaning charges will apply if the property is not left in a respectful manner and the House Rules followed with regards particularly to garbage, BBQ cleaning. SERVICE FEE is charged by Airbnb on all stays, and is automatically calculated when you make your booking. This is based on a % of the total booking cost. Guest access Guests have full access to the home and garden except the two locked owners storerooms. The Downstairs living space is accessed internally and the roller door can be opened by key from the front. Other things to note BeachFront Cottage is located on Narrawallee beach.
