Private Room Downstairs in Home

Enjoy a newly remodeled room and bathroom. It is a private room with comfortable twin bed. We are walking distance from a sports park, 4 mile trail walk/run/bike to Salt Creek Beach. We are close to shopping centers, restaurants, the Dana Point Harbor, and South OC beaches. The space This is a downstairs bedroom in a 4 bedroom home. This bedroom is on the 1st floor of the house facing the front yard towards the street. It has a bathroom right outside the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower. This is your private bathroom almost the entire stay. The kitchen and laundry room are on the first floor. The downstairs living and family rooms are currently in the process of being furnished and therefore are not fully furnished at this time. Guest access Street parking is available. We live on the end of the street towards a cul-de-sac and therefore finding parking should not be an issue. Other things to note Please note that under no circumstance can you bring additional individuals into our home during your stay that are not discussed/listed during the initial reservation process. There are no exceptions.
