Cozy room - Uninah, centrally located with free parking

Hi there, in the immediate vicinity of the university (2 minutes' walk), with various supermarkets around, I am renting a quiet cozy room for 1- 2 people. The room in my 80 sq. m apartment is equipped with a comfortable folding sofa (1.4 × 2 m). I am happy to provide my guests with bedding and towels. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. Free parking and Wi-Fi are available. A bus stop is right outside the front door - 10 min drive to beautiful downtown. Looking forward to seeing you!
