Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located casita with beautiful fountain patio. The casita has one queen bed and one queen sofa bed, full bathroom & a mini kitchen. A Starbucks or Keurig coffee to start your day in the patio along with music from the mini IHome speaker; sitting on the comfortable sofa watching TV or browsing internet for work or fun during the day; a hot tub bath with our soft and refined water then sleep in with a super quiet new mini spilt AC, Welcome to home! The space The entire private casita and patio is located in the central of the desert, very convenience for traveling to any location you need. Mid century modern queen bed with memory form mattress, new and refreshing Charisma bedding sheet and cover would make you sleep deep and sweet. If you are a couple with a children, the high quality queen size sofa bed would provide a lot of space for him or her. ( please request advance for the sofa bed). The mini kitchen comes with coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, coffee, half and half, sugar, water and silverwares, please don’t be shy to ask anything you need from our kitchen. We are sharing the front gate for entrance but we mostly only use the garage as our access. Rosanna will out to the patio for watering plants sometimes. We have a new Ecowater system run through the whole house, please don’t be worried if you feel the water is soft and tasted differently from other places you have been stayed. The water system is reducing hard water minerals, taste of chlorine and odor. please aware even though we have a queen sofa bed in the room, this casita is about 380 square feet, it is just perfect size for single person or a couple to stay. we would not recommended for a group of 3 (adults) unless your trip just need a room to resting and refreshing, and it will be an extra fee for the third party. The casita is just recently remodeled and almost everything is brand new with upscale quality, please be kind to our furniture and home appliances. 2. Guest must be sending and receiving Airbnb via their phone, but we will provide the door code through your own phone before your arrival. 3. No smoking inside the house. 4. We have two 10 pounds loving dogs inside the house, please advise advance if you don’t want to be interfering. 5. Please provide approximate check-in time no later one day prior your arrival. 6. No loud music or tv sound after 10pm to respect our neighborhood and the city rules. 7.
