Neighbours are very friendly and quiet. From the windows you see only green and no buildings. The neighbourhood is silent. There are a lot of playgrounds. 10 minutes to subway and 3 minutes to bus station. 2 small supermarkets, 3 minutes walk and to large 10 minutes walk.
