One dog allowed with preapproval and a $75 pet cleaning fee. The space Gorgeous Home that includes 3 bedroom and 3 ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms are large with king size beds and luxury linens. Well stocked kitchen with new gas range and refrigerator. We provide local coffee set up from Chaparral Coffee. Shampoo, conditioner & body wash in each bathroom. Large private fenced and gated yard with amazing large pool, lounge chairs, umbrellas, patio and deck. Fire pit. The yard will be shared if The Christopher Suite is booked. Please inquire about booking The full house if you desire more privacy. Guest access Very walkable. Driveway for up to 4 cars. Other things to note Pool, deck, patio and yard will be shared with 2 guests, if The Christopher Suite is booked. Please see our booking for the full VENUE, if you would like the place to yourself. Please note only 10 registered guests are allowed on the property and at the pool. We do allow events over 10 guests with pre approval, a signed event agreement and payment. Any event held with more than 10 guests, without our permission, pre planning, an event agreement and payment will be charged a $2000 event fee, as well as automatic cancellation of the current reservation, with no refund. If an event is held that is different than what is agreed on, the fee is $3000, plus automatic cancellation of reservation, with no refund. Dogs must be approved first and a pet cleaning fee paid in advance. Unauthorized pets will be charged a $500 fee.
