Mas des Poutres - Tiny house * * * *

Located in the Drôme, not far from the beautiful city of Valence, our 18th century historic Mas is located in the village of Charmes sur l’Herbasse. Here you will find our Tinyhouse, an cosy and comfortable holiday home where you can completely relax. The Drôme is situated not too high, so you can enjoy all the beautiful things the region has to offer from early spring to late fall. Walking, cycling, good food, a trip by car or motorcycle, anything is possible! The space With its only 20m2, you can also enjoy all the luxury we want to offer our guests in our Tiny house. In 'Tiny', you will find two boxspring beds (2m10 long), the bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower (rain), a sink and toilet and the kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences such as oven, dishwasher, induction stove and refrigerator. With some smart storage options, wi-fi and even a TV, it’s great to stay here together or maybe alone. The beautiful view and location (private) on our property allows you to relax here. Guest access Although there is plenty to do in the area, you can also enjoy yourself at our domaine. The site is completely enclosed and therefore safe (very handy with small children). The parking lot, equipped with a car charger (fast), is located almost at the beginning of the driveway, so that the rest of the site is free of cars. The large garden (10,000m2) is entirely available to our guests and offers fun activities for the children. A private terras is situated in front of 'Tiny'. On the property you will also find our own house as wel as gîte Rose which is suitable for a maximum of 5 people. From May to September we have a (set-up) swimming pool available where you can cool off. And if you really want to relax, there is the possibility to reserve our hottub. We are happy to heat it up for you, after which you can enjoy the warm water and gaze at all the stars that shine above the Drôme for hours with a nice drink in your hand. Other things to note The use of the hot tub is optional. The costs are €35 per time/day. You have the exclusive use for this. We fill the hot tub with fresh water and provide heating with the wood stove. It is necessary to book the hot tub in advance, feel free to send us a message so that you are sure that the hot tub is available for you. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
