Single Room 4 is a private in-suite room with a private bathroom in Murphy House. It has Cable TV, Wifi and closet for one or two guests who want privacy in a cozy home environment The space Our house is a 7BR, 7.5 Bathroom located in the prestigious Rolling Ridge Estates in Murphy, Texas. Murphy is about 1 mile from the World Famous Southfork Ranch where the longest and most popular Sitcom TV series "Dallas" was filmed. Rooms are built to be self contained and to give each occupant privacy and freedom, hence bathroom in every room. Each room has Wifi, TV. House has well maintained pool in the backyard. All qualified guests are very welcome! Guest access Our house is pretty large. Guest can use the living room/game room upstairs. The media room with movie theater size screen on request but not later than 10pm at night. Other things to note We do not accept any guest under 18 years of age in Murphy House unless accompanied by a parent(s) or a legal guardian. We need guest of record to send govt. picture ID of every guest in his or her group at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. This helps for smooth check in of guest of record and his or her group. Guest can use pool at the back but must sign a liability waiver holding host harmless for any liability. Kids younger than 11 years old are not permitted to go to the pool even with their parents present in the pool. 12 years and older kids must have their parents present. Swimming in the pool is free to our qualified guests when the temperature is normal for swimming but if the temperature drops or is chilly pool is not available. However, if guest wants the pool heated for him or her the cost of heating the pool is $45/hr of heating and must be paid for the number of hours desired before the pool is switched on. Host and spouse live in the property.
