Perfect for families or couples, our house is very spacious on two levels, with two bathrooms. Very conveniently located in the film industry hub, our house is only 5 minutes from Weta Cave, the beach, and 15 minutes from the City Center, so you will be able to enjoy everything Wellington has to offer. On the top floor, there is a open kitchen/lounge with a fully furnished designer kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom. On the second level, there is the main bedroom with another bathroom/laundry. There is a deck, where you can enjoy the wonderful view and the sunset, with a glass of wine. There is also a beautiful garden. It is also a very warm house in winter, it is equipped with radiator central heating. This is a truly special house, which has the Wellington spirit in its heart. We really want to make people feel at home and you will be welcome in our house just as we do with our friends. Enjoy full use of our pantry (olive oils, spices, condiments, etc... ) if you want to cook at home and of course free WIFI. Very safe area, peaceful and friendly. You won't even hear a car at our place, only cicadas or the wind in the trees. There is buses to town at 7 minutes walk down the road. Guest access We use a lockbox.
