For work or play, enjoy a stay in this charming spacious craftsman home. Large (1000 sq ft) with wood floors, carpet in the bedroom for added quiet, and enchanting front yard. Walking distance to UC Berkeley Campus and BART. Easy parking. 5 min drive to most of Berkeley. 15 min walk to Caffe Trieste, Paisan Restaurant, Kirala Sushi, and others. Good for couples, solo and business travelers. LGBTQ Friendly Owners live separately in the back of the house. Security cam. No handrail on steps. The space Guests who stay here are delighted by how large, inviting and sunny the space is. They say the photos don't do it justice. It's a 1914 Craftsman house done up bright which gives it an airy yet substantial feeling. It's both cozy and spacious. I encourage you to read the reviews. Guest access The whole space you see here is yours and yours alone. Full living room, dining room, bedroom, full bathroom, and large kitchen with all utensils and amenities. There is a TV with Roku (including Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc) as well as stations from over the air. The TV is in the dining room as you can see. We did this as part of our self-imposed plan to not get too comfy with the television for long periods of time, but we understand that's not best for everybody. Be forewarned! ;) Other things to note Street parking is easy. There is often a space right in front of the house. Early checkin or late checkout can potentially be arranged for $50.
