The cozy Arvenholz studio is located in the Tredeschin house on the ground floor in the mountain village of Sent above Scuol. The studio is located at the bus stop Sala and is an ideal starting point for skiing, hiking and mountain biking. The original preserved room is suitable for 2 people. In the studio there is a mini kitchenette with a refrigerator. Right next door is the Pizzeria Salvatore, so top catering is also ensured. The space The studio is located in the village of Sent, a typical Engadine village in the middle of a unique mountain landscape. Within walking distance are a bakery, cheese shop, butcher, tourist information, restaurants and a grocery store. The beds can be moved as a double or twin. Sports equipment such as skis, mountain bikes, hiking boots, etc. can be stored in the garage. After unpacking, you have to park the car in the nearby public garage Davo Stron (200 m, for a fee). When arriving by public transport, you get off right by the house (Sent, Sala). Guest access The studio is accessible directly via the house entrance or through the passenger door in the garage. Other things to note 1. Unfortunately, the studio does not have a garage space. However, after unloading, the car can be parked in the nearby public garage (200 m) for a small fee for several days (with entrances and exits). In Sent, everything is within walking distance and the bus / ski bus stops in front of the house. 2. Compliance with the registration obligation/tourist tax law is important to me. From December 21, the registration is linked to a guest card and costs CHF 5.00 per person per day and must be left in the studio upon departure. I will send you information about this in good time before arrival. The guest card includes the use of public transport in the Lower Engadine and other discounts.
