Lovely cottage style 1870s terrace house perfectly situated 10 minutes walk from the local train station (Foregate St) and city centre with direct links to Oxford, London, Birmingham and Hereford. Easy access to M5 motorway. Near the house is a selection of pubs, shops and restaurants. I'm Mark and I'd like to welcome you to my home! Your room is a clean tidy private room available with small double bed suitable for two people or single. Towels and a hair dryer are provided. W/C downstairs The space The house offers on street resident parking but parking tickets are available on request. Additional free parking is available on the parallel road. You will have use of the kitchen to make breakfast (tea, toast, coffee etc.) as well as the open plan shared space, downstairs bathroom and garden. Please note I have a cat (Poppy) who is lovely but not ideal if you have allergies. Guest access Private room but use of shared spaces including garden. During your stay I am a woking professional so will be around most evenings and weekends but also lead a busy social life. You will have your own room and access to the downstairs shared bathroom. You are also welcome to join me and Pops (cat) in the living room.
