Description
Family seaside home with a private staircase providing direct access to the beach. Exceptional sea views and a unique spectacle of the tides, with nearly a kilometer of sand revealed during the highest tides. Unforgettable sunsets. Peace, nature, and a true sense of escape guaranteed. Ideal for resourcing on your own or with family. A perfect fishing spot for enthusiasts: line fishing (sea bass, sea bream, pollock, etc.) and shore foraging (shrimp, razor clams, periwinkles…). The space Warm and bathed in light, arranged over 2 levels it comprises on the main level an entrance, separate and well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, traditional oven and micro wave), a living / dining room opening onto a seafront terrace, bedroom with sea view bed size 160x200 cm (queen size), 2 bedrooms garden side 190x140 bed, large bathroom italian shower , wc. Breton style furnitures in oak, main table for 12/14 people. Upstairs : an attic with two windows converted into a dormitory for children, 4 single and 2 double beds, toilet with sink, wc, parquet flooring. Guest access The house is for rent by week only. Fee for cleaning payable at key's remitance, in cash on the spot : 80 € (ground level) / 100 € (full house). Bed sheets and bath towels are not included (option : 15€ / set only for ground level = 6 persons). Animals with good education are welcome. Clean animal dejections prior to departure. NB : no garden gate road side an sea side. Other things to note Close to the house (100m) : beach of the Amiet, bar / tobacco with bread depot. Supermakets : from 10 to 20 minutes by car (Cleder, Plouescat, St Pol de Léon). Extra fees 10€ per person / night (from 7 people and above) apply for water and electricity.
