The big plus is private parking for more cars in front of the house. The house is a large GARDEN 800m where you can relax or do something on the grill. Reconstruction took place in 2018-2019. The house is LOCATED ON MAIN ROAD where the connection to the center of Prague by TRAM with daily intervals of 3 minutes and night 15 minutes (the best connection in Prague, because the SUBWAY runs only until midnight) TRAM to the city CENTER is 15 minutes. The house is on the main road but has sufficient distance from the car and tram. Grocery stores, restaurants within walking distance. Good starting point for trips around Prague.
