Located in quiet neighborhood-- 20-25 min walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants-- close to gorgeous wine country. Very comfortable queen bed. Den. Private bathroom. Kitchen nook. Bottled water, yogurt and fruit provided. Coffeemaker available. Mini-fridge and microwave. Use of downstairs only. Parking in driveway is adjacent to side gate which gives access to path to lower deck and rear door entry. Lock-box directions will be provided (lock-box combination is changed after every guest stay ends). If we are traveling ourselves during the time of your visit, we will email/call and leave plenty of information to make sure your stay is a comfortable one. When home, we are glad to be available for questions and information about the area and are also glad to give you as much space and privacy as you want. The open stairs that connect the two floors are closed with a sound-proof partition when we have guests, but if we need occasionally to access the laundry room or the garage via the deck entry, we will give notice. If your stay is a week or longer, we may need use of the washer and dryer during that time, but again, we will give you enough notice. Petaluma is centrally located in beautiful Sonoma County... 20 minutes to the town of Sonoma, 40 minutes to Napa, Healdsburg, San Francisco or Sonoma County's majestic coastline. You are within walking distance of Petaluma's downtown restaurants, stores and the theater district. This booking is limited to 2 adult guests. Please have "Verified ID" in place when booking. In addition to regular cleaning when guests depart, our house (including the airbnb suite) is fully cleaned every other Wednesday morning for 4 hours beginning at 8:30 am. Guests will need to start their day early on those occasions. When you arrive and check in, we will let you know if this cleaning visit will impact your stay.
