This craftsmen style home is located minutes from the White River in down town Cotter, Arkansas. A 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It does sleep 5 people comfortably. with 3 twin beds and a king bed. Had a front proch with rockers. In the back yard there is a fire pit with chairs and a charcoal grill. Our house is not even a mile from the Cotter Springs on the White river in Cotter Ar. Guests will have the whole house and yard. We are available for any questions or help needed. Can call or text any time. The neighborhood is quite and small town living.
