Downtown LA Zen Escape With Parking

I have two listings, this one is for a private bedroom and private bath in my 1200 SF condo. My place is right next to public transportation and surrounded by the best restaurants, art, coffee shops, temples, museums, breweries, bars, live music, co-working spaces, and supermarkets. The space My condo faces the inner courtyard where there are birds and a koi pond, so it is a very relaxing environment. You get a private room and a private bathroom in a private wing of the condo. The condo is wheelchair accessible and very easy to get around in a wheelchair. The place is great for crashing after a long day exploring the city =) This place is perfect for you if you are looking for a safe, affordable and convenient location in Downtown LA. I am very easy going. Feel free to ask me any questions or for any recommendations. I speak fluent Mandarin although I am Chinese illiterate. Yelp Little Tokyo Restaurants! This condo is right in the center of Little Tokyo between the Historic Core and the Arts District. There are multiple Asian supermarkets nearby, DAISO, multiple karaoke joints, bars, restaurants, boba, co-working spaces...all within a two block radius! The EightyTwo Bar and Arcade is 1 block away! (website hidden) LAX to Condo: It takes 30 min to get to my apartment from LAX via public transportation depending on traffic conditions. Take the Fly-Away to Union Station and take the Gold Line 1 stop to Little Tokyo. My apartment is 2 blocks to the Gold Line station. To get around downtown: The A dash stop is right outside my condo. You can also take the Metro to Union Station or walk to any of the Metro stops nearby to get to Hollywood, Culver City, Pasadena, etc. Citadel Outlet Shopping: There is an express bus stop to the Citadel Outlets nearby. I SPEAK MANDARIN and English I do not have any pets. During your stay LA is bustling with outdoor concerts (free), outdoor movie screenings, outdoor social dance events in June, July and August. My friends and I love to bring a picnics to these events in the summer. I will also be hosting multiple dinners in different locations in June and July.
