Accommodation for up to 8 guests comprising 4 ensuite bedrooms with spacious, dinning and entertaining facilities both inside and on the extensive 110m2 balcony and terrace areas. A luxurious retreat for those looking for something a little different for their next holiday in the mountains. The space Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and is furnished with a king-sized bed and luxury mattress ensuring a great night’s sleep. The modern Kitchen comes fully appointed with a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave and all the necessary utensils to meet cooking requirements. The main dinning table seats 6, with further dining for more guests at the kitchen island and also bar table. The main lounge area and two bedrooms have large wall mounted flat screened Smart Televisions with Netflix. There is a log burning feature closed fire in the main lounge adding to the charm of this mountain retreat in winter. The space is generously suitable for stylish entertaining with the feature sofa sitting 8 or more guests. Heating is controlled by a panel in the lounge, constant supply of hot water and fast free unlimited wifi is available throughout. Residents have the use of a large ski storage area and drying room for boots and ski gear. All bedlinen is white luxury 400 thread count Egyptian cotton and towels 100% combed white cotton. Iron and ironing board available on request. Accommodation price includes: bedlinen, kitchen towels, hand towels, bath towels, wifi and all heating and power usage during your stay. A welcome basket including fruit, wine and the famous Murau beer awaits on arrival with our complements and best wishes for an enjoyable stay. Extra Charges: Tourist Tax (Euro 1.50 per night per person over 15 years) to be paid in cash on arrival. Laundry can also be facilitated on request, together with a change of bed linen and towels mid-stay if required. Strictly no smoking or pets. Other things to note Guests have use of private extensive external balcony spaces some of which are under cover. We also have several covered parking areas. Extra deep cleaning with anti bacterial cleaning products also takes place after every occupancy to ensure hygiene is maintained to the highest level. In summer the area benefits from an outdoor swimming lake, located two minutes walk from our property. There is also a Golf Course and Tennis club where visitors can book to use the facilities. Skiing at Kreischburg is open December to Easter and is a short drive from the property. Bikes can also be hired locally to enjoy the mountains and the best air in Austria and hiking is breathtaking in the surrounding hills and valleys.
