Guests must be able to walk up and down the stairs. The original floor plan of this home spans over 3,200 sq ft and includes 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. A section of the space has been walled off to create a separate studio that offers complete privacy. Please note that there is no access to the garage. However, you still have approximately 2,800 sq ft of space to enjoy. Our previous guests have commented on how large, spacious, and beautiful the home is. We have a self-check-in process and keyless entry for the house. Detailed check-in instructions which include the access codes will be sent at noon on your check-in date Kindly note that our property has regular pest control, landscaping, and maintenance (if applicable) on a weekly or monthly basis, so you may see our service providers on-site during your stay for these exterior services. Our base rate covers up to four guests. Please note that there is an additional guest fee of $20 per night for each guest after the fourth guest. This helps us ensure that we can provide the best experience for all our visitors.
