Beautiful secluded brick pool house located behind the main house in a quiet North Macon neighborhood. The house has its own yard with a large natural 10ft Ligustrum wall offering much privacy and safety. Home is newly renovated and fully furnished with a large open living room, dining room, kitchen with bar including granite counter tops, two large bedrooms, utility room, laundry room with washer and dryer, and 1 bathroom. Guest house is not child proofed, and animals are not allowed. The space The 5 acre property is beautifully landscaped including a very inviting pool. Guest access The pool house has its own access off the main driveway. When coming up the driveway, bear left and come around to the back property. There is plenty of parking available. Other things to note This is a smoke free property. No smoking allowed on entire property. No parties or large gatherings allowed. Additional guests may not stay unless previously registered and approved on initial invoice. Security cameras monitoring the property. No pets allowed Only registered guests can use the pool. Pool Rules Swimming April-September Only Shower before entering pool. No lifeguard at pool; Swim at your own risk. No diving allowed. No swimming with open wounds. Do not swallow pool water. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in pool area or swimming without an adult present at all times. All children not potty trained must wear snug fitting plastic pants or water resistant swim diaper. Adults should not swim alone. No glass articles allowed in pool area.. No suntan oils or hair oils allowed in pool. Swimming hours 9am-5pm; Check with owner for extended times. No poolside bathroom. Utilize guest house bathroom. Leave pool area as you found it: umbrellas down and furniture in original place.
