The space This house, built more than two centuries ago, was restored by a famous decorator who specialises in palace and house renovations in Cantabria. It lies at the end of the Treceño valley (Valdáliga)in the Oyambre natural park, next to the “El Amparuco” chapel, which is where it takes its name from. The house is made out of stone, with interior load-bearing walls also made out of stone. All of the roofs respect the old wooden beams. The structure in general respects the old aspect of the house giving it a breath of juvenile and fresh air. Its splendid restauration has been subject of an article in the prestigious “Rústico joven” magazine. Its idyllic location next to a river and between mountains and meadows is home to various grazing animals like cows, horses and sheep. The house is adapted for eight people. Guest access There is a washing machine and a drier. Because it is an independent house, all of the property is private and not shared. Other things to note The location of the house is perfect because you can enjoy both the mountains and the sea at the same time. The beautiful Oyambre, Comillas and San Vicente beaches are located only 15 minutes away from the house (by car). The house is also situated right next to a river.
