A little spot with a pool to recharge your batteries

The house is located a 10-minute walk from the waterfront and the Center of Iguaba, where the guest will find a variety of shops (supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, pizzerias, department store and clothing in general). We are close to Saquarema, Araruama, São Pedro D´Aldeia, Cabo Frio, Arraial and Búzios. The space In the outdoor area, we have a tiled pool 1.30 m deep with a shower. A barbecue in a covered area, with tables and chairs. A grassy garden, next to a balcony with a hammock, a bench with cushions and a rocking chair suitable for taking beautiful photos. We also have a full bathroom in the pool area, adding two bathrooms in the house. Guest access The guest can do everything on foot. Both local shops and the beach are a few minutes' walk from the property. Free parking is available on the property. Other things to note We provide a remote control for the condominium's electronic gate for vehicle access. The pool is cleaned every 3 (three) days. If the pool needs to be cleaned due to misuse, a cleaning fee of R$60.00 (sixty reais) will be charged
