This accommodation is ideal for groups and families. You can rent the entire house for up to 38 guests or specific areas. The bar area, with soundproofing, is perfect for events or gatherings and can be rented hourly (feel free to ask). Breakfast is available for €11.90 per person. Please note that parties are not allowed in bedrooms or the kitchen. The space Airbnb Policy and Accommodation Details Airbnb only allows bookings for up to 16 guests. However, our accommodation can host a total of up to 38 people. If you wish to book the entire property exclusively, the full house price will apply. The exclusive booking rate for the entire house is €1,500. For bookings of private rooms or private floors, an additional charge of €45 per person will be applied for each guest exceeding the 17-person limit. Please note that the bar is not included in the booking and must be reserved separately. For gatherings in the bar, beverages can be purchased through us at standard bar prices. Minimum amount for drinking is 110 € per hour to use the eventroom privately. Alternatively, you can rent the bar for €80 per hour. This fee covers staffing and cleaning costs. When renting the bar, you are welcome to bring your own drinks, and any additional beverages can also be purchased from us. Important: Room bookings under this listing do not automatically include access to kitchen facilities or cooking options. You can also have your clothes washed and dried at an additional cost. For this and other services, please contact the staff at reception. Make yourself at home! Other things to note Free parking is available in the street behind the hostel. Check-in is possible from 12 noon with fees for early check-in, subject to availability. Use of the rooms is only possible from 4pm, as they are cleaned in advance. You will receive our clean bed linen and an organised room for your stay.
