Lounge/diner: 1 first floor lounge/diner with comfy sofas and chairs. There is also a small table that can seat up to 4 for dining or board games/puzzles/crafts. Bathroom: 1 ground floor bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and basin. Parking: Parking onsite and there is plenty of street parking too.
