The kitchen, living area, and dining area are all in the same room on the middle floor with an open concept and high ceiling feel. The kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, a smart microwave, a gas cooktop built onto the kitchen island, and a wall oven that's used and seen on Food Network's cooking shows. All countertops are granite, cooking essentials such as high quality stainless steel pots and pans are provided, a spice collection, and a Nespresso coffee machine with pods provided. The living room has a 65" flat screen smart 4K TV. A fireplace, large sectional couch, and 2 doors to walk out onto the screened porch room. The side screened porch room has a live edge wooden dining table for more seating so you can enjoy breakfast in the morning in there or if you want to stay away from mosquitoes in the Summer. The lower level has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bookcase bedroom has a door to walk out onto the back and to the hot tub outside. In the back outdoor area, there's a private hot tub for all year round. In the Summer, a large dock is situated in the lower level going into the water where you can sit, relax, look up in the sky , and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. 2 kayaks and 1 canoe are available to use, and a Weber BBQ is on the outdoor deck. * All rooms in the home has a view of the water. * An advanced water softener in the home has also been installed so the water that's used when you shower or wash your face helps promote soft and glowing skin.
