The space Spanning three generous storeys, this beachside delight boasts 3 bedrooms featuring BIRs, the master bedroom is complimented with a spa ensuite, balcony and WIR, separate bathroom and toilet and powder room upstairs services the rest of the property (totalling 2.5 bathrooms), an expansive open-plan living and dining spaces flow to a balcony, a private lounge room with it's own balcony overlooking the front courtyard with majestic palm trees, exquisite granite kitchen with walk in pantry, and a massive six car basement lockup garage, big enough to park your boat. Other features include: 2x split system heating/cooling air-conditioning in the master bedroom on ground floor and also in the living room upstairs, stunning polished floor boards, security door, fly screens, and plenty of storage. Guest access Guests would have access to basement garage for up to six standard sedan cars, or a standard size boat. Other things to note Please bring extra towels if needed when you wanna go to the beach. Only six bath towels are provided for 6 heads. This ain't a party/event house as we are all steps away from our neighbours. Please respect our house rule and look after this home as if your own. Check in curfew: 3pm -10pm Due to home situation adjacent to the beach front, some Australia common insects can be visible in our house, especially in summer season, which we consider inevitable.
