Located just 28 miles from the North Florida Beaches of Destin and Fort Walton Beach and close to I-10. Historic downtown Crestview is about 10 minutes west and the Emerald Coast zoo is less than a mile to the east. The space Private cottage with large parking area. One bedroom w/ a queen bed and a small loft with a queen bed . Large screened in porch, two docks for fishing and relaxing, fire pit with outdoor seating, full kitchen with cookware, cutlery and dishes. private bathroom and shower. A washer and dryer on site for your use. Cedar shake barn style cottage ideal for that special getaway. Guest access The property has a split rail fence on 3 sides and opens to the lake. You have full access to a little over an acre , both docks with seating, fire pit with seating a canoe and kayak are available for use. There is an outdoor dining table. If you have brought your dogs, it is best you are with them anytime they are outside. Other things to note Please note that fishing is not available mid January through mid February each year due to the Lake being lowered for residents to work or on their docks. Both docks on the property will be out of the water at that time. The Shoal River shooting range is located approximately 1.9 miles away up on the main highway. They are open from 9 am- 5pm daily for you avid shooters.
