Beautifully designed and unique natural stone cottage with beautifully selected interior. Quiet location in dead end street with a minimum of traffic noise. Located close to coastal road in-between Agios Nikolaos (3,8km) and Elounda (4km). Enjoy one of the most beautiful 360° views in the area of Agios Nikolaos overviewing the Mirabello Bay/Medeterranean Sea, Agios Nikolaos and the mountains of Crete with thousands of olive trees. The space The construction of our Villa StEvi and its Cottage (same plot of land but independent and undisturbed privacy) has been finalized in summer 2021. The cottage has been build traditionally with natural stones and a wooden roof structure with roof tiles. Staying with us is staying in the nature of Crete, without street, hotel or traffic noises but noises from the birds, churches, circardes and warm wind of the Ägäis (Meltemi) when it gets stronger. Our cottage is equipped with the highest quality interior from our personal collection. The bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds (incl. slatted frame and medium-hard mattress). Each room has WiFi, Smart TV and air conditioning. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe. From the bedrooms, double doors lead to the rear terrace (back terrace). The ceilings of the entire natural stone cottage reflect the wooden construction of the roof (pine wood, walnut paints). The spacious bathroom is equipped with rain shower cabin, bidet and window among others. The fully equipped kitchen includes a sandwich toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (capules) and toaster from the brand "WMF", in timeless brushed stainless steel design. The filter coffee machine is also from DeLonghi. The kitchen counter offers seating for 4 people on original Cretan bar stools. Iron, ironing board and cleaning products are also provided. From the living room a double door leads to the front terrace and the external dining area. The exterior lighting of the sidewalks and the car parking space is provided by a timer and can be adapted to the needs of the guests at any time. The cottage is in posession of full privacy with only one access from the cul-de-sac road. Our cottage area is perfectly suitable for Yoga, Meditation and families just recharging of your inner battery. Guest access After a rather short trip from the airport of Heraklio you will arrive at our guest house after approx. 45 minutes. Our guest house is beautifully located in a very quiet cul-de-sac road within the village "Ellinika". Following the road to its end there is a constructed car park for the guest house. The access to the guest house is completely independent from the main house/villa. Stairs are leading up to the guest house with its independent main entrance to the left. Going to the beautiful city of Agios Nikolaos and the villages of Elounda, Kritsa or Plaka - from our guest house location - is very easy and relaxing, too. Registration Details 00001334903
