Adorable 1 Bedroom/Bath Camper Close to Beaches!

Stay close to the beaches but far enough from the traffic & tourists to relax! Wooded surroundings just down the road from Assateague Beaches, Ocean City, Town of Berlin & Frontier Town! Outside fire pit, eating & sitting areas.Driveway parking. Close & easy access to many amenities. The space Large wooded property with small camper located in a private corner of property. Firepit with stocked wood for fires. Outdoor eating area. Private heated outdoor shower. Shaded areas to stay cool in the warm weather. Please note: this is a camper. Which means you are camping. This is not a hotel. If you are not comfortable with a little dirt from the outdoors, an occasional bug and smaller living quarters-then please do not reserve our camper. We want our guests to enjoy their stay. Our camper is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests. We are happy to provide assistance during your stay. We check with you to see if there is anything you need during your stay. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns during your stay-but we can only help if you let us know you need assistance. We are more than happy to help (even will squish a bug if need be ;). Sleeping arrangements are as follows: bedroom area (which means it’s not an actual bedroom with a door) has 1 double bed. The kitchenette table turns into an additional double bed. (Please let us know if you would like us to convert it to the double bed for you before you arrive.) There is also a small-sized bunk that is suitable only for a small-size person. (We normally use it for storing stuff when we go camping. ) Please note: by making a reservation you deem yourself aware that this is a camping experience in a small camper. Guest access Please note there is a short walk across grass (sometimes damp in wet weather! You may want to wear older shoes because there will probably be mud some places. And can be uneven-due to it being nature!) to reach camper from parking area. We have a yard cart for toting your belongings and/or we are happy to assist you with this! Other things to note Fire wood is provided as a bonus amenity for responsibly building fire in fire pit. We ask respectfully no gatherings or partying on the property. We are an easygoing & hardworking family. We welcome you to enjoy yourself & have a great time! But please remember- we still have to work even if it’s your vacation!
