Cà Littoria is a 1900 country house, located on a quiet hill with a striking view of the valley overlooking the Panaro river. It has 9 hectares of land owned by us, where you can take countless walks along paths, roads, woods, and depending on the season, spot hawks, owls, squirrels, roe deer, foxes and wild boars. Our guests will stay in the annex, the owners live in the adjacent part. The space Our guests will have a private patio, ping pong table, barbecue, foosball, jacuzzi pool and underground pool for exclusive use (please respect the hours of use of the pools). It is not possible to organize parties or invite unregistered people inside the property. The use of the jacuzzi is subject to a surcharge of €30.00 per day, as it requires daily maintenance and sanitization to ensure maximum efficiency and hygiene. Other things to note In the second bedroom on the first floor there is a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people. This allows you to increase the capacity of the accommodation for a total of 6 people, making it perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a practical and comfortable accommodation.
