Large cottage in the village of Sardières Val-Cenis, 4 km from Aussois, 1500 m above sea level, at the gates of the Vanoise National Park, where you can practice winter skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing, and summer hiking, biking, via ferrata, glacier running... The cottage is spacious (200 m²) and includes a large kitchen, a dining room, a living room, 5 bedrooms (one of which is a large dormitory-style room), 4 showers, 8 sinks, and 4 separate toilets. The space Our house is large (200m2) and functional. and ideal for a holiday skiing or hiking. You will find spacious rooms and good quality bedding. The spacious bathroom has 4 closed showers and 8 sinks . The Sardières plateau is famous for its sunshine and the wide terrace in front of the cottage is very pleasant even in winter. The high altitude, 1500 m, allows for good snow cover. In winter, you can ski (cross-country skiing) on the 30 km of slopes of the Monolith site (skating and alternative) starting directly from the cottage or go snowshoeing on the marked or unmarked routes. If you prefer skiing, you can choose between the family resort of Aussois (4 km, easy road because Aussois is at the same altitude, ) and the large and famous resort of ValCenis Termignon (6 km). In the heart of the village of Sardières, you can rent all the ski equipment (downhill skiing and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing...). Note a Sardières Aussois shuttle, 4 round trips per day, except Saturday. (stop right in front of the cottage) In the summer, you can explore the Vanoise National Park, renowned for its flora and fauna, its cozy mountain lodges, its lakes, and its breathtaking landscapes. Around Sardières and the surrounding villages, you can practice mountain biking, road biking (Col du Mont-Cenis, Col de l 'Iseran, Col du Gibier...), via ferrata, canyoning, glacier running, visits to the Baroque churches of Haute Maurienne....and hiking of course. The nearest shops and restaurants are in Aussois, Sollières, or Termignon (mini-market, cheese shop, bakery, supermarket, sports stores, etc.). Gite description: On the ground floor: large fully equipped kitchen (5-burner piano + double oven, fridge, microwave, 2 coffee makers, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, large table for 12 people), dining room again with a large table for 12 people, independent living room, WI FI, board games..., room to store mountain equipment, toilet. On the second floor: A large dormitory with 3 single beds, a large bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), a bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm), and a bedroom with two 80 x 200 cm beds (or one 160 x 200 cm bed). Bathrooms: 2 toilets and one large bathroom (4 showers and 8 sinks, a washing machine, a dryer, and a hairdryer). There is a large terrace right in front of the cottage, armchairs, a Weber BBQ and a garden table are at your disposal.
