Swn-y-don (Sound of the Wave) is a beautiful 4 bedroom seafront home has just being completely refurbished to luxury standard. Directly in front of 3 beaches, 2 of which are dog friendly all year round. Out side space with seating, BBQ and entertainment area. Very short walk to shops and restaurants. 7 night minimum during summer holidays with Saturday check in. Mid week check in is available out of season, message for more information. The space The entrance is via a small set of steps and leads on to a hallway with doors to the kitchen and living room. The living room is light and airy with books, games and a TV which is eclipsed by spectacular views of the coast. The large brand new modern kitchen at the back of the property has oven, hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and well stocked with equipment. There is also a W/C. The back door leads onto a terraced garden accessed by steps with seating, BBQ and outdoor entertainment area with shelter. The first floor has a generous family bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom with bunk beds more suitable for children. A small flight of stairs leads to the large master bedroom with en-suite. All 3 front facing bedrooms have stunning views of the beaches, Quays and Aberaeron coast and if you’re lucky some dolphins! This is a wonderful house for families with easy access to 3 beaches and within walking distance of all amenities. Parking is on the street but there is a car park within walking distance from the house. 2 Small/medium well behaved dogs are welcome.
