Cosy house, 15mn tram ride to Xmas Market

2 private rooms (2 adults + 2 kids or 3 adults) in an entirely refurbished 1930's house located 15 min away from downtown Strasbourg and 10 min away from the European Parlement. Commerce and transportation facilities (tramway) just 5 min away on foot. The whole ground-floor is private for you (living room, dining room, kitchen, WC, bathroom) except for the kitchen that you need to share with us. Ideal set-up for a family (all equipment for kids/baby available on request) or friends getaway. The space Massive 1930's former bi-family house with its private garden. Guest access The whole ground-floor (approx. 80 sqm) is private for guests as we will stay in the upper floor during the stay. We just need to keep an access to the kitchen from time to time. Garden is also accessible for guests Other things to note Easy access from Strasbourg station through the tramway system.
