Casa Paloma is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, spanish contemporary home located in a great family friendly neighborhood. It’s open concept makes it excellent for spending time together and making memories. It is just 2 minutes from the major freeway intersection of I-10 and Loop 375. The large kitchen with ample counter space makes a great setting for cooking up a favorite dinner or baking up something yummy. Cozy up in the living room for movie night and enjoy the flickering flames and warmth of the gas fireplace. For a little excitement the hall closet stocked is with various games sure to keep the energy stoked. Spend time outback lounging in an adirondack with your choice of fire feature; chiminea on ground level or fire pit on the second. The entire property is accessible along with the two car garage I am available for any questions you may have through the app or text. A beautiful little park and playground are located less than a block away. The neighborhood is very walkable and two nearby roads are lined with walking/biking paths that offer plenty of miles in length, if you’re into that! A brand new shopping center is only a minute away with plenty of quick meal options available. Ross, Five Below and Specs make up some of the other shopping options. You can also get your hair and nails did if needed ;) The way to get around is by car, there is currently no public transportation in the area. The 3rd bedroom which contains a king sized bed can be reconfigured into two twin beds upon request. Casa Paloma is dog friendly and has a small lawn and a dog door for your pets needs, you are asked to pick up after your dogs and leave a clean lawn for the next guest. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and any that are not housebroken must remain outside. Extra pet fee of applies The second tier in the backyard has steep steps and no railings and is not a suitable area for small children, pets or those with poor balance. Access can be blocked upon request. Proper adult supervision of young children is advised at all times that they are outback.
