This listing is for a private guest room within our owner-occupied home, not the entire house. You'll have your own quiet, private bedroom (King bed with futon) with a private bathroom. Enjoy shared access to the bright, open living room, fully stocked kitchen, European sitting room, fully-equipped gym, and 5-person hot tub overlooking the golf course. A gourmet breakfast is included each morning when possible. Located 30 minutes from downtown with beautiful neighborhood views of Pikes Peak. The space Your private room is located downstairs in our fully finished basement with a walk-out patio. The room is in a very quiet part of the house and features a comfy king size bed with plenty of pillows and cozy blankets that will ensure a great night's sleep. Your room also has a "white noise" fan, full size futon, dresser, TV, USB charging plugs/cables and clothes rack. Robes, towels and slippers are provided in your room for the hot tub. Guest access Make yourself at home! Shoes on, shoes off....whatever makes you comfortable. Use the kitchen, sit by the fireplace, relax in the wine room or watch golfers out on the deck. Kaiser and Moosy may even snuggle with you. We're excited to host you and and will ensure you have a wonderful stay! During your stay I work from home and am present most days. I love to interact and socialize with all guests in our home, however I absolutely respect your privacy and will not intrude on your time and space. My husband and I are always available for anything you need. Other things to note We have 2 friendly cats in our home who usually spend the majority of their day napping in my office. Our pets are never allowed in the sleeping areas. Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Our back yard overlooks the public golf course. There's plenty of parking directly in front of our house. We are 7 minutes away from several grocery stores, 20 minutes from Peterson AFB and 20-30 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods park, and lots of shopping! There are also lots of walking and biking trails 5-30 minutes from our home. Restaurants are walking distance to 7 minutes away.
