I'm pleased to welcome you to my little townhouse. I provide 1 bedroom. Warm and friendly welcome where I try to make you feel at home. The bathroom is shared. Small garden. The house is 5 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, on a quiet street and easy to park. THE PRICE IS €75 per room (there are 3 rooms so 3 listings), hearty breakfasts included. The space The house is in the center of Mans. I prefer that we talk before any booking to be sure that we have understood each other on the different points: number of rooms, price of ONE ROOM, arrival time... and to also be sure to meet your expectations. This avoids unpleasant surprises due to lack of communication. Guest access A hearty breakfast will be served.
