The Pool House, for 2 adults & up to 2 children

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. The pool will close at the end of September 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY & SEPTEMBER The space Set behind private, electric, gates and within the grounds of a large converted barn, The Pool House is completely self contained, (I do have a tenant that lives in the flat upstairs, but it’s completely separate and private, and guests would not be overlooked) it has a king size bed, with a very comfortable Emma mattress. A dining table and 4 chairs, a comfortable sofa bed for extra accommodation, for children, a dressing table and mirror, with a hair dryer in the drawer. A dressing mirror with a hanging rail. It has heating and air conditioning. The wide screen smart television can be used to watch channels with your own login details, via the WiFi. Also you will have use of a blue tooth speaker, and a Pure digital radio. The space has a kitchenette with an Instant Vortex Clearcook Airfryer With the speed and efficiency of an air fryer, but added features of grilling, rotisserie, roasting, toasting, baking, reheating, dehydrating and proofing – you can cook everything your oven can, but in one compact kitchen counter appliance. Maximum space for a full family meal Spacious 13L capacity with multi-tier cook trays for cooking different foods at the same time. Multiple ways to cook a speedy weekday meal You can Air Fry, rotisserie, roast, grill, bake, toast, reheat, plus bonus dehydrate & proofing functions too! Cook the perfect roast every time Rotisserie spit to rotate your chicken or meat joints whilst cooking. Walk through doorway leading to the stunning shower room with complimentary use of premium, toiletries. The first of the outside spaces is in front of the property. There are table and chairs and an outdoor electric Ninja woodfire barbecue only usable when it’s not raining. The Ninja Woodfire has all the flavour, without the fuss: Powered by electricity, this versatile BBQ is ready when you are - simply plug in and go for hassle-free outdoor cooking, any day of the week. Get the searing and authentic chargrilled finish of a traditional BBQ, without the hassle: Grill burgers, sausages and halloumi kebabs, tender beef brisket, juicy steaks, a whole salmon fillet, chargrilled vegetables and so much more. Electric power means no charcoal, gas or flames - so it’s safe to use in gardens, patios, campsites, balconies and other small outdoor spaces. BBQ Smoker: The integrated smoker box burns natural wood pellets to create authentic BBQ flavours. Smoke low and slow for tender brisket and large cuts of meat, or quickly infuse any food with smoky flavours. (please bring your own wood fire pellets.) Finally a door leading out to the swimming pool area, which during the summer has its own large cushioned seating area. It has a bar area with stools and a table and chairs. Sun loungers and various floats. The owner cannot accept any liability for using the pool area. Guests use it entirely at their own risk! No smoking or glass is allowed in the pool area! Extras Breakfast can be arranged by prior arrangement with the host who offers a Continental or a full English breakfast, for an additional cost. We can also provide delicious sharing boards. Special occasions can be catered for, by prior arrangement. Check in anytime after 3pm Check out by 11am Early and late check in available at small extra charge if available. Access to the Pool house can be gained by a key safe next to the entrance gates, which will contain a gate fob and keys to the Pool House. The host lives on site and will be available for any help or advice. Guest access The pool house is completely self contained, set in a private area away from the main house. It has security lighting around the building, with secure parking adjacent to the property. Guests will have access to their own outdoor area with a table and chairs, fire pit and barbecue, with far reaching views of the beautiful surrounding countryside. The hosts horses use the paddock next to the Pool House. A door from the kitchenette, leads out to the pool, hot tub and bar area. The pool is closed from September to May, once the swimming pool has been winterised in September, the pipe work is disconnected from the boiler, and chemically treated to last the winter, so unfortunately it cannot be used until May. During the summer months the pool area will have shared access with the hosts, at separate times. The host is very flexible arranging private access. The hosts own garden sides on to the pool area, but the hot tub and bar area does have partial natural screening and is not overlooked from the hosts house. However the pool seating area can be seen from the hosts house as shown in the photos of the pool seating area. Please note the pool is not suitable for anyone unable to swim, with the exception of babes in arms! Towels are provided but please bring your own swimming towels? No glass is allowed in the pool area, but plastic glasses will be provided. We are animal lovers and have 3 dogs,2 are Great Danes, and 2 horses and 2 miniature Shetland ponies on site. (Unfortunately the horses are not suitable for the guests to ride) They love fuss and attention. Please be aware that horses may walk past from 8am, when they are taken out riding. Also the dogs can be vocal at times. Please be mindful that staying within the vicinity of horses, dogs and farm animals, there are associated noises of being in the countryside! Other things to note Please note that the pool and the pool area, will be closed from October to May!
