25 sqm studio with a balcony overlooking the sea, 6th floor (with a lift), in front of the main strand in famous Dinard. Right in the city center, all shops, cinema, casino, restaurants within walking distance. Very comfortable sofa bed + queensize mattress in the mezzanine provide bedding for 3 pers. The space Welcome to our lovely studio situated at a stone throw of the famous beach of Dinard, right in the city center. The 25sqm flat is entirely renovated and equipped for a maximum of 3 persons. The balcony offers a lovely view over the sea and is equipped with a table and 2 chairs. There is one sofa bed (1.50m wide) on the main floor and one queensize mattress laid upstairs on the sort of mezzanine. Please be aware that the mezzanine offers only 1.20m height so an adult can sit but not stand and the stairs are not adequate for small children and elderly people. Apart from the standard equipments, the flat offers a washing-machine, a microwave, a boiler, a toaster and a coffee pot with filters; in the bathroom, small equipments include a hair-dryer, a magnifying glass, a retractable thread to let clothes dry. No wi-fi in the flat. The beach, shops, services, bars with wi-fi, restaurants, casino, cinema, market are all less than 5 minutes walking distance. The port is less than 10 minutes walk, to embark for Saint-Malo or for a promenade through the bay. Festival du Cinéma Britannique (5 minutes walk) and Horse Show are some of the most famous annual events in Dinard. You can bring your own bed and bath linen or we can provide it upon arrival : 25€ for 2 persons sharing one double bed, 30€ for 3 persons or 2 separate beds. Cleaning on departure is not included, you can clean the flat yourselves or we do it for 30€.
