The space The suite is nearly 600 square feet of completely private space. Plenty of outdoor seating to watch the boats go by. Take a dip in the refreshing water or Kayak and enjoy the sites of the river. Stay in and relax on our Adirondack chairs in front of a fire just steps from the water or have a coffee on one of our porches or a cocktail at our outdoor bar. There are classic games, smart TV with all of the major streaming services. While the space does not include a kitchen it does have a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig and an outdoor grill. There are kayaks and a paddle boat that you may use on the river with life jackets at your own risk. As hosts we are accessible as you need us to be, we live on site yet value your privacy. Please respect our home and neighbors. We have a strict no smoking or vaping, no illicit drugs, no party policy. No unregistered guests on the property without prior approval from the host. Violations will result in in the removal of all guests, loss of reservation fee and security deposit. Guest access Guest will have access to their own suite with private entrance and to a shared back yard, deck and front porch. Water access is steps away. During your stay Joe and Pam and their Golden Retriever, Kicky live in their home and will be available to help you find the best restaurants and plenty of things to do. Other things to note Because of the efforts of those who have lived here, Bristol has a reassuring and comfortable small town feel. The carefully maintained mansions, historic homes and permanent red white and blue striped roads that mark the 4th of July parade route are constant reminders that Bristolians care about their town and its history. Both Bristol and neighboring Warren are known for their beautiful waterfront cafes, restaurants, parks and beaches. We look forward to sharing this beautiful area with you.
