Leticia Suites is a brand new apartelle located in an old subdivision in the south of Davao, more laidback than the rest of the city, yet still very accessible from downtown. The space Each studio suite is fully furnished, complete with basic kitchen and diningware, kitchen appliances, a 40" led tv and 10" beds with duvet covers. We provide 24 security and CCTV monitoring and we provide free Wi-Fi access with speeds up to 100mbps. On the ground floor of the building are two restaurants, 1953 Kusina Leticia, which serves filipino cuisine and Tsuru, Davao's longest running authentic japanese restaurant.
