Beachy style warm cozy ranch home in quiet safe neighborhood. Close to Long Island Railroad, Buses, shopping, Parkways, Restaurants, Parks, Many colleges, Nassau hospital, LIJ/Northwell hospitals. 7 min drive to LIRR. 15 min drive to the beach. Ideal for anyone in training classes, Students, Doctors, Golf Outings, Or anyone looking for a short or long stay. I only book one guest at a time. This is a shared bathroom with me only. Plenty of street parking. NO parking in driveway please. The space The room has a Queen size bed. Closet with light and shelves,dresser and night stand and table lamp. Ceiling fan. Plenty of heat in the winter. Central Air in the Summer. Extra pillows and blankets in your closet. Has a smart TV. Wifi and a lock on the door for privacy. I do provide bath towels. Airbnb doesn't have a listing for that that I can show in amenities. No parking in driveway please. Ample parking in the street right out front Guest access You will have access to the entire house, backyard and front porch. MINUS my bedroom, office and sunroom. You may walk thru the sunroom to get to the backyard. No food in the living room or bedroom please. Only drinks allowed. Please, no walking around house with shoes on. Leave them inside under the bench or carry them into your bedroom. I only book one guest at a time. This is a shared bathroom with me only. I SOMETIMES accommodate for an add on guest to your reservation. That extra guest would be an extra $40 per night. During your stay I'm always available if there is anything you need to make your stay more comfortable. I will interact with guest only if they choose to. Otherwise, I respect your privacy. My house is very tranquil even when I'm home. Other things to note Please keep in mind that we are total strangers. So please have a profile picture up of yourself. This is for safety reasons so I know who I am meeting. There is plenty of street parking. Please do not park in my driveway. I don't allow my guests to have anyone in the house during their stay. This again is for safety reasons. There is no eating in the bedroom or the living room. You may however bring drinks in those. rooms. If you are a smoker please do not smoke on my front porch or near any windows. I have a small well behaved dog who's name is Ronan. There is a coffee station in the kitchen with a Keurig and I provide Keurig pods.
