Tucked away, you'll feel right at home. Our Eco property backs onto the Yarra River. It's on the doorstep of the Yarra Valley, with wineries only 10 mins away by car, or a short stroll to Monsalvat (artist) & wedding venue. If you wish to bring a Pet please contact prior to booking, Dogs must be toilet trained with bedding, bowl, leash, please no aggressive breed/pups. The fireplace is an extra $30 per night please request when booking. It will be set for you with enough wood for the evening. The space The studio apartment is approximately 40 sq feet, one large self-contained room comprising a lounge/beds /kitchenette, and en-suite. large flat screen TV. Aircon/ heater & Wood fire. Much nicer than any hotel room! There is a small deck in front of the studio, and you are welcome to use our outdoor bbq. Please note we have limited cooking facilities, a microwave, small bench top oven, an airfryer and BBQ. Every booking we receive, we donate $2-00 to Wildlife Victoria Guest access Guests are welcome to wander through our garden ( 3 acres of bush) , if you walk down to the bottom of our property you will be on the yarra river , we have a little rustic jetty and picnic table ,absolutely beautiful place to have a picnic and relax , also we are lucky enough to have some friendly wild life bouncing around , wallabies and kangaroos plus lots of native bird life. We have some chooks ( which lay us eggs)and a veggie patch. In summer the salt water pool may be used with prior arrangement. Children must be supervised at all times. You will be staying in a very unique part of Eltham, lots of bird life and native wildlife, we have two dogs that are very gentle and lovable ( and a little bit naughty) We will try to make your stay most enjoyable and are more than happy to offer suggestions on restaurants, cafes and attractions in the area.
