4 Bedroom Detached Holiday home with Hot Tub

This is s super modern family home in a rural spot in the Country Park of Moss Valley, on the edge of a golf course and beautiful lakes yet just 5 mins from Wrexham town center. This house boasts 4 double bedrooms, a double bathroom including a double bath, en suite off the main bedroom and Hot Tub. Outside there is a BBQ and patio area with table and chairs. A truly stunning house! Please inbox me if you require a one night stay, I may accommodate for an extra £100 due to the extra cleaning. The space this house is situated in Moss Valley just on the edge of a beautiful lake and Golf course, perfect for walks. there is a pub 15 min walk up the hill. The outside patio has a hot tub, seating area and BBQ. There is 4 double bedrooms and I could put in an extra air bed, please ask. I also have 2 travel cots and high chair, again please ask for high chair to be made available. Guest access Guests can check in themselves using a key safe. There is access to the whole house and outside areas apart from the garage which is a private area used for storage. Outside there is a 6 person hot tub. The chemicals in the hot tub are managed every 3 days by a dedicated person who will enter just the outside of the property (do not need access to inside) in order to test the water and ensure its topped up and chemically safe to use. This takes just 5 minutes 😃 Other things to note The house is built on an old public house car park, the ex pub is now a residential house. We are the only 2 buildings on the road. The house is on a steep hill in a beautiful County Park called Moss Valley with extensive walking paths, a lake and children's park. To the rear of the property is netted rocks. I have 2 travel cots also a high chair and baby bath. please ask as these are kept off site so I will make them available for your arrival. There is a log burner in the living room however we have decided not to make this available for guests due to increased risk of fire and Health &Safety issues and it is therefore not insured to use by guests. we are sorry for any disappointment.
